Description

In special situation it will be necessary to collect (and merge) all contacts from multiple CardDAV Server, or CardDAV Server Accounts, into one or a divided large phone book.
This is what I'll calll 'Multi-CardDAV Server' and 'Multi-AddressBook-Merge' feature and will licensed as 'Gold' feature.
